Becht's gutta-percha points are indispensable tools in modern filling therapy. They have a high radiopacity and are extremely dimensionally stable, which makes insertion even into curved root canals very easy. The ISO standard sizes can be recognised directly from the colour coding of the points. All variants of Becht's gutta-percha points are characterised by their biocompatibility, good sealing properties against moisture and lack of resorption by the surrounding tissue, which makes them ideal for filling the prepared root canals and compacting them with a permanent root filling material such as Perma Evolution.
