The Derfla-Card-Plus complete system from Becht pro medix is designed for the documentation and storage of patient data. It consists of cover cards with patients record cards and practical filing devices with a transparent envelope to protect all documents. The system supports simple and fast patient organisation in everyday practice and is available in different colours to identify different types of treatment or patient groups.

Use case

The Derfla Card Plus complete system is designed for recording, organising and storing patient-related data in dental and general medical practices. It facilitates the structured documentation of treatments, findings and billing data and supports secure, traceable and auditable patient management.

Application

The double card and medical record
are secured in the filing device and protected by the transparent sleeve,
so that all information is readily available and neatly organized at all times.
