Latex-free prophylactic polisher with medium hardness and flexible lamellae for the safe removal of plaque and polishing of tooth surfaces. A splash guard on the shoulder of the polisher prevents polishing paste from entering the contra-angle handpiece. Latex-free polishers are characterized by a particularly durable material with a low coefficient of friction, which means that there is only minimal heating of the tooth.

Latex-free prophylactic polishers with medium hardness are used in combination with a suitable prophylaxis paste to remove plaque and light discoloration as part of professional teeth cleaning. Thanks to their balanced material hardness, our purple prophylactic polishers are particularly suitable for the gentle treatment of normally stressed tooth surfaces and offer a good balance between cleaning performance and substance preservation.

Prophylactic polishers are mounted on a dental handpiece and used with a prophylaxis paste. After applying the paste to the cup or directly to the tooth, the dental contra-angle handpiece is set in a rotating motion and placed on the tooth to be cleaned.

Maximum operating speed: 2500 min rpm.

Check beforehand by hand and by running the handpiece idle to ensure that the cap is securely in place.
