Latex-free prophylactic polisher with high hardness and stable lamellae for effective removal of plaque and polishing, even with more stubborn deposits. A splash guard on the shoulder of the polisher prevents polishing paste from entering the contra-angle handpiece. Latex-free polishers are characterized by a particularly durable material with a low coefficient of friction, resulting in minimal heating of the tooth.

Latex-free prophylactic polishers with a high degree of hardness are used in combination with a suitable prophylaxis paste for the thorough removal of dental plaque and discoloration as part of professional teeth cleaning. Due to the firm material, our yellow prophylactic polishers are particularly suitable for treating heavier deposits and for use on robust enamel surfaces where a more intensive cleaning effect is desired.

Prophylactic polishers are mounted on a dental handpiece and used with a prophylaxis paste. After applying the paste to the cup or directly to the tooth, the dental contra-angle handpiece is set in a rotating motion and placed on the tooth to be cleaned.

Maximum operating speed: 2500 min rpm.

Check beforehand by hand and by running the handpiece idle to ensure that the cap is securely in place.
