Medium-hard cup brushes with nylon bristles for professional tooth cleaning and polishing of tooth surfaces. The dimensionally stable bristle structure ensures controlled polishing with consistent performance, while the cup allows for even paste distribution. Ideal for routine prophylaxis in normal indications.

Use case

Prophylaxis brushes are used in combination with prophylaxis paste as part of preventive dental care. Their rotating movements remove surface plaque and discoloration and polish the tooth surfaces, leaving them smooth and aesthetically clean.

Application

Prophylaxis brushes are mounted on a dental handpiece and used with a prophylaxis paste. After applying the paste to the cup or directly to the tooth, the dental contra-angle handpiece is set in a rotating motion and placed on the tooth to be cleaned.

For attention

Maximum speed 2500 rpm.

Check beforehand by hand and by running the handpiece idle to ensure that the cap is securely in place.
