Prophylactic paste for thorough cleaning and polishing of all tooth surfaces, including the areas below the gum line and in the interdental spaces. ProphyGuard Becht pro medix with RDA 170 supports the removal of heavy deposits and residual discolouration and ensures smooth, well-maintained tooth surfaces as part of professional dental prophylaxis. It is completely free from microplastics and titanium dioxide.

ProphyGuard Becht pro medix RDA 170 is used to thoroughly and effectively clean tooth surfaces. It is suitable for professional prophylaxis with a brush or rubber cup.

After removal of dental calculus, place ProphyGuard in a Dappenglass or other suitable container. Take a small amount of paste with the rubber cup or polishing brush and apply it to the treatment area. Make sure that the contra-angle handpiece is only started when the polisher touches the tooth surface. Using slow rotations and light pressure, guide the polisher over the tooth surface and under the loose gum line. Repeat the treatment with fresh paste until all tooth surfaces have been thoroughly cleaned and polished. Use dental floss to remove excess paste from the approximal spaces. Then rinse thoroughly.
