The fine Scotch-Brite polishing brush from Becht pro medix is ideal for fine polishing plastic surfaces after pre-treatment. The fine-grained aluminium oxide abrasive fleece ensures even, controlled smoothing and produces a matt, homogeneous finish in preparation for the final high-gloss polish. Thanks to its open-pored structure, the disc runs cool, reducing the risk of overheating and guaranteeing a long service life without clogging. It is used for fine polishing after intermediate sanding and can optionally be combined with fine polishing pastes to achieve a silky shine.

Aluminium oxide, fine, Ø 25 mm

The Scotch-Brite polishing brush from Becht pro medix is designed for fine polishing of plastic materials in practices and laboratories. It is used after intermediate polishing to remove fine surface roughness and sanding marks and create an even, smooth surface that is ideally prepared for final high-gloss polishing.

The Scotch-Brite polishing brush is placed on a mandrel and clamped into a hand or micro motor. At a speed of 1,400 to 10,000 rpm, the plastic surface is treated with even, light pressure and overlapping movements until a smooth, even surface is achieved. Avoid applying too much pressure to prevent material overheating or uneven removal.
