Progressive prophylaxis paste for cleaning, polishing, and remineralizing tooth enamel. The silicates contained in the paste change from coarse (cleaning) to fine (polishing) during use. With added hydroxyapatite, Becht pro medix ProphyRepair strengthens tooth enamel and completes professional treatment.

Use case

Becht pro medix ProphyRepair is an all-rounder used for cleaning, polishing, and remineralizing tooth enamel as part of professional teeth cleaning. The paste is suitable for professional prophylaxis with a brush or rubber cup. It reliably removes plaque, smooths the tooth surface, and promotes remineralization of the tooth enamel thanks to its hydroxyapatite content.

Application

After removing tartar, place ProphyRepair in a Dappenglass or other suitable container. Take a small amount of paste with the rubber cup or polishing brush and apply it to the working area. Make sure that the contra-angle handpiece is only started when the polisher touches the tooth surface. Using slow rotations and light pressure, guide the polisher over the tooth surface and under the loose gum line. Repeat the treatment with fresh paste until all tooth surfaces have been thoroughly cleaned and polished. Then rinse thoroughly.
