Our polishing buffer has a very soft, lint-free surface and enables flawless shine and high-gloss polishing of precious metals, prosthetics and veneering plastics. The self-centring centre facilitates handling and prevents uneven polishing. At the recommended speed of 1.400 rpm, the polishing pad achieves efficient and high-quality results, especially in combination with high-gloss emulsion. Ideal for users in dental technology, dental practices and the jewellery industry who expect precise, shiny surfaces without polishing marks.

Wheel shape, Ø 100 mm

The polishing buffer is designed for mechanical pre-polishing and high-gloss polishing of materials. It is used for surface finishing of precious metal, non-precious metal, model casting, ceramic, composite and plastic work. Its flexible structure makes it particularly suitable for smooth and curved surfaces and produces an evenly shiny, homogeneous finish.

The polishing buffer is clamped into a table or hand polishing motor. At a speed of up to 1,400 rpm, the surface is polished with even, light pressure. A coarser polishing paste is applied for pre-polishing, and a fine polishing paste or polishing emulsion is applied for high-gloss polishing. During the polishing process, the workpiece should be moved continuously to avoid local heating.
