Use case

The microfibre leather polishing buffer is designed for the pre- and high-gloss polishing of restorative dental materials. It is used to remove fine surface irregularities, micro-scratches and matt areas and to produce an evenly shiny, aesthetically pleasing final surface. The polishing pad is suitable for polishing precious metals, non-precious metal alloys, model castings, ceramic, composite and plastic restorations.

Application

The microfibre leather polishing buffer is clamped into a table or hand polishing motor and used with light, even pressure. For optimum high-gloss results, it can be combined with a high-gloss emulsion or fine polishing agents. It is used at a moderate speed (up to 1.400 rpm).
