Permanent root filling material on the basis of epoxy-amine

5 ml. pack

Available in different variants.

Root filling material based on epoxy resin for the permanent obturation of root canals. With its high adhesion to dentine and a working time of 15 minutes, it enables safe, precise placement even in complex canal systems. The material is dimensionally stable and fulfills the requirements of EN ISO 6876 for dental root canal filling materials. Its radiopacity facilitates complete control of the filling process. Complete curing takes place after 24 hours and creates a long-term tight seal without iodoform or paraformaldehyde. The system is suitable for all orthograde root filling techniques and allows uncomplicated retreatment if required.

Refill with automix syringe with 5 ml content, without cannulas and endo tips

The epoxy resin-based root canal filling material Becht pro medix Perma Evolution is used for the permanent obturation of root canals as part of endodontic treatments. It is used to permanently seal cleaned and prepared root canals, prevent apical and lateral leaks and create a stable barrier against bacterial reinfection. It is suitable for all orthograde root canal filling techniques.

After preparing the root canal using standardized methods and, if necessary, after previous treatment with temporary filling materials, fill the root canal with gutta-percha tips and Perma Evolution. Before use, remove the sealing cap from the double-chamber syringe by turning it anticlockwise. Attach the mixing tip (and endo tip) included in the scope of delivery, insert the spring of the mixing tip into the groove of the syringe and turn the tip clockwise to tighten. Squeeze both pastes (in a ratio of 1:1) into the mixing tip by pressing the plunger evenly. Squeeze the ready-to-use paste onto a mixing pad, pick it up with a lentulo or gutta-percha pen and insert it into the root canal. Alternatively, apply the material directly into the canal entrances and the coronal part of the canal using the enclosed endo tips. After use, remove the mixing tip and close the double-chamber syringe tightly with the sealing cap.

  • Strong adhesion to the dentin
  • Working time: 15 minutes
  • Outstanding dimensional stability
  • Fulfills the requirements of EN ISO 6876 for dental root canal sealing materials
  • Radiopaque
  • Easy Retreatment
  • Setting time: 24 hours
  • Free of iodoform and paraformaldehyde
  • Suitable for all orthograde root filling techniques

After use, be sure to remove the mixing tip and close the double-chamber syringe tightly. Failure to do so may cause material that has already been mixed to flow back out of the mixing tip and cause the pastes in the double-chamber syringe to harden unintentionally.

Do not use a damaged double-chamber syringe.

Use up opened double-chamber syringes within 6 months.

Clean the used instruments and mixing plates immediately after use with a 50 % dilution of ethanol in water and detergent.

The mixed root filling paste can be processed for approx. 15 minutes. The processing time is shortened when using thermal procedures. Complete curing takes place at 37 °C body temperature within 24 hours.

Only insert the material into the dry root canal.

Do not use the material on people who are allergic to epoxy resins, amines or the other components of the product.

Avoid skin and eye contact with the unpolymerized pastes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water.

Avoid contact with the mucous membrane. In the event of contact, remove the root filling material as far as possible using a suitable material (e.g. absorbent cotton pellets).
Rinse the oral mucosa with plenty of water. Seek medical advice if sensitization persists.

If accidentally swallowed, drink plenty of water. If nausea or discomfort occurs, seek medical advice.

Do not use after the expiry date.

The batch number should be specified for every process that requires identification of the product.

Disposal in accordance with official regulations.
