The Becht pro medix nylon bristle brush with fleece insert is a versatile polishing and cleaning tool for dental and dental laboratory use. The combination of flexible nylon bristles and a stabilising fleece insert ensures an even, gentle polishing effect while maintaining high dimensional stability. It is ideal for pre-polishing sensitive plastic surfaces, removing light soiling or finishing thermoplastic materials.

Use case

The insert brush with fleece insert and nylon bristles is designed for pre-polishing, cleaning and smoothing the surface of dental plastics. It is used to remove light contamination, polishing dust or matt areas without damaging the surface. The soft nylon bristles enable gentle processing of the material, while the fleece insert ensures even stability and smooth running during operation.

Application

The pad brush with fleece pad is mounted on a mandrel and clamped into a hand-held or table-mounted motor with a suitable clamping system. At a recommended speed of 1,400–2,800 rpm, the surface is treated with even, light pressure in circular movements.
