The mounted polishing buffer from Becht pro medix, made of microfibre and leather, is suitable for fine and high-gloss finishing of precious metal, non-precious metal and model casting surfaces, ceramics, plastics and composites. The combination of soft microfibre and a robust leather core ensures a gentle but effective polishing action, ideal for sensitive surfaces and detailed workpieces. Ideal for users in dental technology, dental practices and the jewellery industry who expect precise, shiny surfaces without polishing marks.

Wheel shape, Ø 22 mm

The mounted microfibre leather polishing buffer is designed for the final and high-gloss polishing of restorative dental materials. It is used to remove fine surface irregularities, micro-scratches and matt areas and to produce an evenly shiny, aesthetically pleasing final surface. The polishing pad is suitable for polishing precious metals, non-precious metal alloys, model castings, ceramic, composite and plastic restorations and is primarily used as a final step to achieve a mirror-smooth surface.

The microfibre leather polishing pad is clamped into a hand or micro motor and used at 5.000–8.000 rpm. Apply light, even pressure to polish the surface until the desired high gloss is achieved. For maximum effect, the polishing pad can be combined with high-gloss emulsion or fine polishing agents.
