The star-shaped polishing brush made of Chungking bristles is a powerful tool for pre-polishing metal and plastic surfaces in dental technology and dentistry. The sturdy bristles enable effective polishing, while the star-shaped brush geometry offers optimal adaptation to contours, edges and hard-to-reach areas. It reliably removes grinding marks, oxide and casting residues and prepares the surface ideally for subsequent fine and high-gloss polishing. Mounted on a metal shaft, the brush runs smoothly and precisely at high speeds.

Use case

The Becht pro medix star-shaped bruch made of Chungking bristles is designed for pre-polishing plastics, precious metal and non-precious metal surfaces, as well as model castings. It is used to prepare materials before fine and high-gloss polishing by reliably smoothing out any remaining roughness and machining marks.

Application

The brush is clamped into a hand or micro motor and used at up to 15.000 rpm. The surface is treated with even, light pressure to achieve uniform pre-polishing. The application is dry and can be combined with Becht pro medix polishing emulsion.
