The mounted goat hair brush from Becht pro medix is a high-quality polishing instrument for use in dental practices and dental laboratories. The soft, natural goat hair enables particularly gentle surface treatment and is ideal for pre-polishing plastics and polishing ceramics, composites, precious metals, non-precious metals and model castings. The precisely centred mounting on the mandrel ensures smooth, low-vibration operation – ideal for speeds of up to 16,000 rpm.

Use case

The mounted goat hair brush from Becht pro medix is designed for use in polishing dental materials. It is used to gently smooth and polish the surfaces of plastic, composite, metal or ceramic restorations in the laboratory or on the patient. The soft bristle structure makes it particularly suitable for the final polishing of sensitive materials without affecting their shape or surface.

Application

The mounted wheel brush is inserted into a hand or micro motor with a suitable chuck. At a maximum of 16.000 rpm with light pressure, the surface of the workpiece to be polished is treated with circular movements until an even shine is achieved. If necessary, Becht pro medix polishing emulsion can be applied.
