The combination of sturdy Chungking bristles and a textile nettle insert gives the brush high dimensional stability, uniform polishing power and a long service life. It effortlessly removes grinding marks, machining marks and matt areas on denture bases, splints and plastic structures without subjecting the material to thermal stress.

Use case

The Becht pro medix insert brush with nettle insert and Chungking bristles is designed for pre-polishing plastic materials in the dental field. It is used to remove roughness, scratches and grinding residues from machined plastic surfaces and to create an even, matt polishing base for further processing steps.

Application

The pad brush with nettle pad is mounted on a mandrel and clamped into a hand or table motor with a suitable clamping system. At a recommended speed of 1.400 rpm, the plastic surface is polished with even, light pressure and overlapping movements. Polishing paste or a suitable polishing agent can be used to improve the polishing effect.
