Use case

The round brush from Becht pro medix made of Chungking bristles is designed for pre-polishing and smoothing plastic surfaces. It is used in the processing of prostheses, splints and plastic structures to remove unevenness, scratches and grinding residues and to create an evenly matt surface. Its compact design makes it particularly suitable for precise work in hard-to-reach areas and ensures a controlled, even polishing result.

Application

The round brush made of Chungking bristles is mounted on a mandrel and clamped into a hand-held or table-mounted motor with a suitable clamping system. At a recommended speed of 1,400–2,800 rpm, the plastic surface is treated with even, light pressure to remove sanding marks and roughness.
