Yes, thanks to a special manufacturing process, Becht pro medix universal matrix strips offer exceptionally high tensile strength and tear resistance. Even when tightly clamped in standard matrix clamps, the tape does not warp or tear.
Can the universal matrix bands be easily shaped to fit the anatomy of the interdental space?
The material can be precisely pre-contoured (rounded) using a ball-tipped instrument or a matrix plier to perfectly recreate the natural, anatomical interproximal contact in composite or amalgam fillings.
