Color-coded paper points for reliable drying of root canals after preparation and irrigation. Standardized according to ISO 45-80, the colour coding enables identification of the respective size at first glance. Their conical shape with an overall length of 28 mm facilitates precise insertion up to the working length. Thanks to the consistently smooth, lint-free surface, the tips glide gently along the tissue and enable gentle, thorough moisture absorption down to deep sections of the canal.

Use case

Becht pro medix paper points are used to reliably dry root canals during endodontic treatment. They are used after chemomechanical preparation to remove residual moisture from the canal system and create optimum conditions for subsequent obturation.

Application

During root canal treatment, the dentist cleans the canals with disinfectant rinsing solutions and then dries them with paper points. By choosing different thicknesses of paper points (which are constructed or colored according to ISO standards), the dentist can select and insert the thickness that guarantees the fastest and safest treatment success.
